Hivaro provides website design, development and booking system configuration services to UK small businesses. All work is scoped and agreed in writing before commencement.
All prices are quoted in GBP. Monthly Care Plan fees are billed in advance. One-off build fees are invoiced at project start and completion as agreed in your quote.
Upon full payment, all website and design assets created for you become your property. Hivaro retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Monthly Care Plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Build projects may be cancelled with written notice; fees for work completed to date are due.
Except where prohibited by law, Hivaro's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you have paid us for the relevant project. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party services — including payment processors, SMS providers, or hosting providers — that are outside our direct control.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
